DTCM launches a free Dubai Expert Training Programme

The Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing has launched a "Dubai Expert" training program from travel professionals in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The course, which is offered online and is completely free of charge, is structured into two levels, containing 18 modules.
The estimated time required for each module is 30 minutes, and participants get a certificate at the end of each level. According to the official website, the advantages include:

You will receive certificates at the end of Level 1 and Level 2 which will confirm you hold the Dubai Expert qualification, and a sticker to display in your agency window if you are a travel agent. This will signal to potential customers that your agency is a valuable source of advice on Dubai.
