Starwood reveals major makeover plan for Sheraton brand

The Sheraton brand, which has been taken on a fresh new look since last year and led the way in terms of some key branding and web 2.0 initiatives, is in the news again...Sheraton's brand manager, Hoyt Harper and Sheraton's vice president of marketing, Brian Povinelli recently revealed some of the other key initiatives that will comprise Sheraton's "makeover". These include 'redefining the lobby space with the attributes of a park', launch of Microsoft's newly released coffee table "surface computer, bed furnishing upgrades, fitness center programs guests can continue with even after checkout and meeting space extras, including a novel vibrating machine to revive drowsy attendees!
